Jacob Reymond began to paint very early on. He then dabbled in many other artistic practices to finally devote himself fully to painting and drawing in his studio in Vauvenargues, near the Sainte Victoire mountain.
It features acrylic paints and ink on paper or canvas, inspired by the works of both classical and contemporary music composers.
Jacob Reymond listens for a long time to a piece of music, sometimes from different performers, and then offers his own interpretation by graphically transcribing the works, lines, shapes and colors. He chooses his pieces during his meetings with friends or in concert. Sometimes his choice will fall on improvised compositions.
